Satterfield Builders is the home building division of Satterfield Realty & Development, Inc. Started in 1937 and incorporated in 1962, Satterfield Realty & Development, Inc. has withstood the test of time.
Throughout the four generations of our family owned business, we have been committed to providing the best in quality and service.
Specializing in new home construction and sales, we have developed thousands of residential building lots in the Pocatello area. We are the proven leader in new construction and residential development for the area.
Satterfield Realty & Development has combined forces with Josh Hansen and Blair Goldade to bring you a team known as Satterfield Builders. As a team, we are set up to manage any construction project from large to small.

Meet Our Team
At Satterfield Realty & Development Inc., our strength lies in our team. Each member brings a wealth of experience, a passion for real estate, and a commitment to delivering excellence. Our team's collective expertise helps us navigate the complexities of the building industry and ensures every customer's experience with us is exceptional.
Ryan Satterfield
Ryan Satterfield is the current President of Satterfield Realty and Development, Inc., the parent company for Satterfield Builders. After graduating from Idaho State University with a degree in business, Ryan came into the family company as his father Kenneth Satterfield decided to retire. Ryan later completed his masters of business administration (MBA) with a specialization in Real Estate. Through the years Ryan has been involved in all aspects of the construction process including the managing of subdivision street development, home design and drafting, sales transaction paperwork processing and new home building estimations.
Steven Frei
Steven Frei has joined the Satterfield Realty team as the Vice President of Operations for Satterfield Realty and Development. He grew up in South East Idaho and graduated Cum Laude from Brigham Young University- Idaho. While attending college, he was a sales manager for five years. His personal and team sales were top tier in the company. Steven is looking forward to bringing his knowledge and expertise to help you with your new home experience.
Braden Hillebrant
Braden was born and raised in Southeast Idaho. While studying Business management with an emphasis in entrepreneurship at Brigham Young University - Idaho, Braden has gained experience in multiple industries ranging from gym management to retail RV sales. Braden has extensive experience helping customers make big ticket purchases in a smooth manner. With this unique blend of customer service and sales experience, Braden is looking forward to helping you throughout the process of designing and building your new home!
Mistie Peterson
Mistie came to Satterfield Realty & Development with experience in office operations. Her professional and organizational skills together with her caring personality assure that Satterfield Realty & Development's Office runs smoothly. Mistie also oversees the office social media and other advertising media.
Josh Hansen
Joshua Hansen started Hansen Home Builders in 2004 after working the construction industry for many years. Josh is known for his creative design ideas and thorough construction management skills. He is very task oriented and likes to not only get the job done, but done with perfection. Josh brings these award winning skills and experience to the Satterfield Builders team.
Blair Goldade
Blair started in the construction trades in 2001, working through almost every stage of the home building process. He enjoys a very hands on approach and loves staying current with new ideas and processes. Goldade Construction was formed in 2005 and Blair has enjoyed establishing lasting relationships with customers and sub-contractors. Blair brings an incredible work ethic, attention to detail and positive attitude to Satterfield builders.
